mixed feelings about my stay

annoying location small room

The staff did send photos to help find the place initially. I guess that was alright.

the location, though "in the heart of the medina," was actually kind of annoying. it was quite a trek from the main road with luggage and felt a bit unsafe at night. the room itself was also surprisingly small, i expected more space.

The staff were helpful. They provided google pin drops and pictures of passageways. the rooftop garden was a treat with its pool and breakfast setup. i appreciated the blend of modern amenities with traditional style. i enjoyed a great shower.

i didnt like the location of the facility. it was far from the mean road. the rooms are very small

repetitive breakfast thin walls

I thought the breakfast was just okay. Nothing special. They didn't change it up. So, it became repetitive. the walls seemed thin. I could hear everything in the hallway. I think, some soundproofing would help a lot there.

a true oasis of calm

airport transfer atlas mountains rooftop space well done rooms

I enjoyed the convenience of the airport transfer coline arranged. It included a guide who met us and walked us through the souk. coline also assisted with arranging a day tour to the atlas mountains, a great addition to our trip. i appreciated the rooftop space. It was beautifully presented. the rooms felt really nicely done.

the location wasn't perfect! though it's central, finding the riad initially can be slightly challenging.

small room late breakfast

The room size proved smaller than anticipated. Maneuvering around with luggage felt a bit cramped. breakfast service started late at 8:30 am. I found this inconvenient. i would have preferred an earlier start to better accommodate my schedule. the limited hot water was also a problem. Showers became rushed to avoid cold water.

friendly staff cleanliness noise at night limited breakfast

I found the staff very helpful and friendly! They always provided assistance with any requests I had. The place is well-equipped and maintained. I was impressed by the cleanliness.

I noticed some noise at night. The soundproofing could be improved. I also found that the breakfast options were somewhat limited for my taste. I prefer more variety.

I loved the breakfasts. They were very delicious! hicham, so very friendly. the location was great. it was very central to all the main tourist spots!

the rooms were quite small. i did not like this! the facility was far from the main road! it was not easy to find. the tv had limited channels.
